LET YOUR LIGHT
Light the Path Forward
We have a foundational faith in the vital importance of work that advances diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Importantly, DEIB work helps build strong, high-functioning, and inclusive teams. Little Light also focuses on supporting organizations’ financial health -- because effective, strategic fundraising sustains the vital work of mission-driven nonprofits. Much like a light, our initiatives shine brightly, illuminating areas of strength and opportunities for growth in our partner organizations.
We’ll work with you to create strategic fundraising initiatives or a customized curriculum that achieves your DEIB goals. Our strategies and trainings give individuals and teams the tools and skills they need to create a culture where everyone’s light shines.
We pride ourselves on thinking outside of the box and creating new pathways and outcomes.
Community is at our core and the most important ideal about our work.
We lead with curiosity and the understanding that we will always be students in this work.
It is our priority to create safe spaces that allow vulnerability and healing.
Take the First Step
Interested in learning more? We’ll get to know your organization through a short survey that allows us to develop a clear understanding of your organization and structures. Little Light then takes that information and begins to customize solutions-based initiatives that create new avenues of growth around communication, organizational structure, brand, and policies.
We support open communication and dialogue in the workplace. Employee engagement is important for the goals we set to achieve, and is key to inclusivity. We welcome all feedback and we like to open the floor to everyone in order to create initiatives that everyone can agree with.
