Mental Health Awareness Month

Resources to help you through, when you're going through it.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Our mental health is one the most important things in our lives. But time and time again it has been stigmatized and people have not felt empowered to get the help they need. Especially my fellow BIPOC communities.

In order to advocate for ourselves we must know where to start. I have listed some resources for anyone who wants to start their mental health journey but doesn't know where to begin.

It's okay to not always be okay! We are all human. Both positive, negative and everything in between. Let's get empowered to dissect and discuss our feelings and emotions so we can move forward through this journey called life in the most healthy way possible.

Mind. Body. Spirit. Heart.
